Saving an Excell Table to a 3.5" disc

I have created a database in excell and want to create a
back-up copy on a floppy disc. I can't figure out how to
copy an Excell file onto a disc. Can anyone help?

Put a floppy disk in. Find the file in windows explorer, right click on it,
choose send to: 3-1/2 floppy(A:).
