Start > Run > [type in] IExplore.exe /rereg [note the space] > OK
I have the ideas that either you didn't follow the instructions
carefully enough or that your (ambiguous) Subject means that
you don't have XPsp2 installed. PA Bear would have been
assuming that it meant that you do have XPsp2 installed.
E.g. I have XPsp2 and I can reproduce your symptom
by *omitting* the slash in front of /rereg.
In case you don't have XPsp2 you could execute the
following script fragment from your Address bar
and copy and paste the result to convince us of the real case:
javascript:navigator.appMinorVersion
Notice that the property is case sensitive.
Good luck

Thanks for your suggestion, but what happens when I execute that command is, a
browser window comes up and says page can not be displayed.. What's up with
that? In the address bar of IE it says
http://rereg.
Any other ideas?
Thanks,
Mo

In trying to save a web page with an .mht extension, I get and error
saving the web page: "This web page can not be saved." However, when I
try to save the same page with an .htm/.html extension it is saved OK.
Any ideas on what may be wrong?
Thanks,
Mo
