Saving a file with sound

I tried searching the site, as well as the help function in the program, but
could not find an answer specific to my situation.

My daughter created a powerpoint presentation for her class project on
Powerpoint 2003. She has animations, pictures, and sound with her show.
However, when I try to email the PPS, the file didn't include the sound file
(MP3).

I've received PPS files from friends that have the sound embedded in the file.

How can I do this?

Thanks!

John,

Thanks for the helpful link. When I went to convert, it returned the
following error:

"Extension of file xxxxxx does not match MPEG Layer Tag, File conversion has
been aborted" Then..."Invalid MP3 File."

Since this is a working MP3 file, I don't know why it would tag it as
invalid.

Thanks for the advice.
