saving a document @75%

In Word 97 or Word 2002, I create a document @110% and
save. I want to change the view on this to 75% and save
at 75%. However, although I change this to 75% on the
toolbar and save, when I reopen it reverts to a view of
110%. Is there a way to do this or work around this?
