Saving a distibution list

I have a question I need a lot of help with and this looked like a general
area to do so. I have never used distribution lists before in outlook, and I
am attempting one. After I make the list, what can I save it under to be
able to use it? Will I be able to e-mail the actual list to another address
and e-mail a letter to those people without them seeing the other names?

Also, how do I access the distribution list after I have closed the window?

Create a new message and put the name of the distribution list in the Bcc field.
