Saving a copy of sent mail to another folder

I have created a rule to save sent mails to a pst folder(thanks to Oliver
Vukovics for an earlier post), i have two queries

a) copy of sent mails are are marked as unread(bold) in the pst folder; is
there a way of marking it look "unbold" automatically.
b) the rule only works when i am online with exchange server, can the rule
also work when i do "Send/ Receive" in the offline mode.

This is not possible by default. Maybe with a VB script, but not as a
default Outlook function.

Maybe it could work if you take this "Public folder" under your "Favorites",
so this folder will be synchronized also as "Offline Folder".

Hi attaboy,

this is interesting that a "Public sent items Folder" won´t be synchronize
as a "Favorites" folder.

So I would use a sync tool to synchronize my "sent items folder with a
"Public sent items Folder".
