Saved message options/problem

I seem to be having a problem saving messages to folders I've created
recently. I've been using Outlook for several years and never had this
problem until we recently updated to Outlook 2003 SP3. Now when I save an
email message to a folder, it displays as a message from myself, not the
person who sent it. Is there a setting I'm missing?

How are you saving? Are you dragging the emails to the folder and are the
folders in the Outlook File List? You might need to add the From field to
that folder's title bar. Right click on the top header, pick Field Chooser
and add From to title bar.

Yes, I've created new folders under the Folders List and I drag the emails
across into the appropriate folder. I tried your suggestion and when I right
click on the folder header, I do not have any options for "Field Chooser".
Any thoughts?

I found it!!!. After searching your term "Field Chooser", I found I could
highlight the folder, click on view, arrange by, custom, then under fields I
added "From" and now they all show up using "From". Thanks for the help.!

Change the view to "Message". RIght now, you appear to have selected the
"Sent To" view.

Then you're not clicking in the correct place. Open the folder. Right
click on the column header (the one with the labels for the columns in it,
like "Received" and "Subject".
