Saved addresses arent showing up...

One of our users is complaining that when she composes emails, the saved
addresses that normally pop-up, arent. I made sure that the "Suggest names
while completing..." option is enabled. Is her profile corrupted? Is there
a repair program available? All help is appreciated.

Win XP SP2 + Outlook 2k3 in Exchange 2k3 environment.

That's the most likely cause.
