Save us help !

I need help with saving files online - it does not prompt me for a
save as, open or cancel dialog when I right click on a file and choose
open. It only gives me the save as dialog box.
How could I change this?

more likely the way the webpage is written ...

example/link ?
 
Well I doubt it I used it on a different PC and it worked fine. Might
just be an IE setting...

ok , yes, check your security settings (there are advanced settings to
allow downloading etc.)
