Save to floppy as backup

Can I "Save" a document created by Excel 2000
automatically to a floppy disk as a backup copy as I work
on the Document?
 
Saving to a floppy from within Excel is very dangerous. Save a copy to your hard drive, then
copy to the floppy after you've closed the workbook. You might want to check out the AutoSave
add-in which will save your file periodically to the hard drive under the same name, not as a
backup.
 
DON'T. Save to the HD and COPY to the floppy. Use a .bat file and shell to
it if you like.
