Hi, Im using MS Access 2007 with VBA. I want to save my generated report in
pdf format and then send the same as an attachment as an email. I'll be much
greatful if someone could give me some helpful tips for carrying on the task
which I want to accomplish with the help of VBA programming. Regards.

google "lebans reporttodpf"

This is a great function for outputting reports and snapshot files to pdf
format.

You'll need someone else to give you a hand with emailing it, I've yet to
work with that scenario.

Do you have the office pdf add-in installed?

if yes, then while previewing a report, simply hit office button->email

You get a choice of formats...and then outlook will be launched with the
report as a pdf attachment.

So, in other words...you don't need any code at all.

Try the above.....we could also code a button on a form to launch report,
then launch outlook with the pdf as an attachment...

So, launching the email client with pdf as an attachment is a built in
feature of 2007...
