"save picture as"

when right-clicking on a picture in internet explorer, it always saves it as
a BMP which take up a lot more room. why does it not save it as a JPG even
when it IS a jpg?

Hi

Try clearing the Temporary Internet Files folder. With Internet Explorer
open, go to Tools>Internet Options and click on 'Delete files...'.
