SAVE PICTURE AS ONLY SAVES AS BMP

When I "save picture as" it always used to save it as .gif but today it
started giving .BMP as the only option and the title is undefined. I think
there's a setting to change but can't find any notes to tell me what needs
to be changed.

Please help?

Basically, you need to clean up your temporary Internet files. This
should be done periodically, anyway, as part of your routine PC maintenance.
