Where in the 2000 registry is the default directory to "save picture as"
when you right click on an image, from say from an internet site

If you have TweakUI 1.33 installed you can change the location of any special
folder. See TweakUI's help for limitations of this change.

The Registry location is:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell
Folders

You may have to logout and then login again to effect.
