Save Movie File Wizard

I have been having problems saving my movie maker project.

When trying to save, an error message shows up, but unlike the message, I
have made sure that the original source files are still available, the saving
location is available, and I have plenty of free disk space available. I also
have my hard drive in NTFS system.

Can anyone help me save my project?
 
Well you checked most of the items that we would have suggested.
Now, what type(s) (file extensions) of files are you using (Audio, Video,
and still)?
Also how many clips are there and how many transitions/effects?
