Save In - 5 default locations - can they be changed?

When I save a document, I would like to know if it is possible to change the
5 default save in locations? The ones that I see are: My Recent Documents,
Desktop, My Documents, My Computer, My Network Places. I have created a new
partition with a folder called My Documents. I would like to point My
Documents to the folder on my new partition (e:/) vs (c:/...). Does anyone
know how I can do this?
