save from MM2 in CD

I have saved in the HDD of the PC and also in a CD-R a movie from MM2 (it was a movie that I had transferred from a Mini DV camera through USB connection) in .wmv. In the PC is saved OK. In the CD-R it haw problems: it whows twice the titles, it cuts the last part of the movie before end titles, the clips show other things than they ought to (from other clips) etc. Why did thiw thing happen in CD? The movie was only 16 min/ 180 MB, so it should not have any problem with 80 min/700 MB CD

Has anyone any idea why that happened and help me solve it?
