Save e-mail template to Navigation Pane

We recently upgraded to Outlook 2003. In 2002, I could add an e-mail
template to my Outlook Bar. I can't seem to find a way to do this with 2003
and the Navigation Pane. I know you can go through Tools, Forms, Choose a
Form, etc., but it seems like I could retype my message faster than
navigating through all those menus!

And, what about shortcuts to web pages? I can't seem to find a way to set
new ones up in 2003. All of my existing 2002 shortcuts transferred over to
the Shortcuts on the Nav Pane just fine. Just need to know how to add new
ones.

Thanks!

You can create a shortcut on your Windows desktop, then drag it to the Shortcuts pane in the navigation pane.

Wonderful! I was thinking there had to be an easy way to do that - thanks so
much!
