I have a very weird problem...
First, I am the root admin of my server so ALL suggestions would be great...
My problem is that I can't save anything I edit with Front Page 2003... I
click on the save button and the "Save As" dialog box comes up.... So, I
just click on the file I'm trying to save and click save... All that happens
is that dialog box disappears for a fraction of a second and then returns...
This happens on any of my sites I try to edit...
I can open files remotely from the server into another editor, edit, save,
and publish it successfully.... I just can't edit in FP and save....
I do all of my work by logging in and remotely editing so the saves are
automatically saved on the server...
This problem is really killing me but it's the way I did my web page editing
since Vermier created Front Page, so it's a habit I would rather not break
(and yes, I've been using Front Page since before MS bought it from
Vermier)....
I have tried emptying my FrontPageTempDir and have cleaned out my .web
files...
