Save dialog box disappears

i have Image Mixer programe on my computer to create DVD movies. Imagemixer
was supplied with the SONY DVD Camcorder i purchased.
When I tried to create new folder the save dialog bax appears and within
seconds it diappears.
i tried to uninstal the programme to reprograme again, it does not uninstal

Can some one using this programe advise me how i could solve this problem.

Try reinstalling it again. THEN see if it'll uininstall.
