Hi All,
Hopefully someone out there will have some solutions to my questions!
As a company, we use Microsoft Outlook 2003.
Every email we get needs to be saved in the relevant electronic file for the
site the email is about.
My questions are:
1. When we go to Save As, it always defaults to html format for the email,
but we have to change it to .msg format every time.
Can this be set so that the default is .msg?
2. Is there a way of automatically saving a copy of all emails into a folder
on my computer to then move them every now and then into the correct
folders?
Any thoughts most welcome!
