"Save as" should save mail contents

Hello,

I moved from Outlook 2000 to 2003.
When I select one E-Mail and use "Save as" to save it (as text), the
file also contains the E-Mail contents. That's fine.
When I select more than one E-Mail and choose "Save as", the saved file
only contains the Mail Headers, but not the Mail contents. In OL 2000,
all the mail contents were saved in that file.

What can I do to have the e-mail contents in the file ?

Thanks
joe

Do you have the latest updates installed? Are you using an exchange mailbox
or a pst? if a pst, was it the pst you used with outlook 2000?

I am using the same pst I used with Outlook 2000.
Do I have to convert it? (How)

First, make sure you have the latest updates from office update - you can
get there from the Help menu in any office program by choosing check for
updates. If you do and it still happens test it with a new Unicode pst.

The easiest way is to create a new profile (control panel, mail) and see if
it works as expected. If so, you can either import from the old pst or add
it using file, open, outlook data file and drag the items to the new pst -
you can drag folders you created to move the folders and contents. I
recommend opening the pst and dragging things over - or just leave the old
pst open in the profile and move the things you really need moved -
calendar, contacts etc - and leave the old mail in the old pst as an
archive.
