I am wondering whether you know how to use code to use this add-in to save a

I don't have my A2007 computer up and running at the moment to verify, but I
believe you would use DoCmd.OutpuTo, and specify the desired output format.

Hi Dirk, I really did not think it would be that simple... but you are right.
In case anyone else is interested the following line works.

DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport, "testPDF", "pdf", "c:\printToPDF.pdf"
