Save As (Not Responding) message

I frequently get a "Save As (Not Responding)" message when trying to save
some work in Word. It eventually saves the work after trying numerous
times. I used my installation CD to repair Word but it did not work.

Is there any way of fixing this problem?

In Windows Vista, click on Start | Computer | Tools | Disconnect Network
Drive, and disconnected any mapped drives that are not currently available.

In Windows XP, right-click on the My Computer icon on the Windows
desktop or in the Windows Start menu, left-click on Disconnect Network
Drive, and disconnect any mapped drives that are not currently available.
