I would like to save ppt slides as html without the outline showing

Try this:

File, Save as Web Page
Click Publish
Click Web Options
On General Tab REMOVE checkmark next to "Add slide navigation controls"
Click ok and continue to publish the web pages.

You'll have to add your own nav buttons to the PPT file so people can navigate
it.

Thanks. I should have provided more info. We are using 2003 (SP2) and the
reason I want to save as html is to upload into a lesson within an elearning
course in our LMS. I will experiment some more.

Thanks. Sorry I did look through the options but obviously not carefully
enough. And, yes, I do add my own navigation buttons anyways.

I have another question but I will search first then post separately.

No worries ... some of the options are obscure. Some are well-hidden. Some
are both. ;-)

Someone will be here.
