Save an email as .Doc?

Hi, is it possible to get Outlook 2003 to "save as" and
incorperate a doc file type into it? we have the full
office installed.

if you fwd it (you don't need to send it just choose the forward action)
then you should be able to save the opened message as a .doc file. You might
need to edit it a bit prior to saving it.
