Save All Messages & Contacts?

Hi people...I am new here and I need some help!

I have been getting some Virus Emails lately and this happened before
I though that by saving my OUTLOOK EXPRESS Folder with all th
appropraite files I could access my Old Emails as soon as
re-formatted the Hard Drive, however this wouldn't work!

Anyway, what I wanted to know was this....

I need to save ALL my messages so I have them to referr to later, and
was wondering is there anyway that I can save all the messages at th
one time or Print them all off at once?

I have found that by Exporting my Address Book it puts it in an Exce
File which can be easily printed!

However, when I export the Messages, it does not ask me where I want t
save it and I can't find it, what does it save as?

I need to know if there is anyway I can save all my Messages so I ca
burn them to CD for future reference!

Please help me someone?

what file type did you export as

I'm not sure, I don't think it gave me an option to choose a file type

oh right... on mine, i click file, 'import or export' and it gives m
lots of options.
i'm not sure if i can help you if my outlook isn't the same as yours

OK...Mines says..."EXPORT", Then either Address Book or Messages....whe
Messages is selected it says "This will export Messages from Outloo
Express to Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Exchange"...with the Option
OK and CANCEL.....

When I choose OK, A box appeaers with a Drop Down list, called "Profil
Name" and in there's only one option called "Outlook" and then a butto
saying new, which tells me to goinf into Control Panel and set up a ne
email Profile...

OK, CANCEL, HELP AND OPTIONS Are the choices here.....

I choose OK, And another box appears stating two Options....

1. Select the folders I want to export....ALL
2. " " " "....A SELECTION OF FOLDERS

I Choose ALL, And a Box comes up saying Exporting all messages (983)
But it doesn't say where they're going or anythin

Copy your PST (Personal Folders) file to, say, CD. All of your Contacts,
Calendar events, Mail messages, etc. are in that file and will be saved.
RIght-click on the "Personal Folders" file in the FOlder View and choose
"Properties". Click Advanced and you'll see where it's located.

File which can be easily printed!

Don't export anything.
