Save a report to the harddrive

Hi,

I would like to save a report to the hard drive (for example) but when I go
to save or save as it does not give me any options of where to save it.

Suggestions?

I want to be able to find the report later without having to open the whole
data base etc.

I also want to be able to potentially be able to email this report then as
an attachment.

You will have to export the report, but it will not update. The exported
file will just be a snapshot at the moment in time you exported it.
Exporting will allow you to email the report as an attachment also. You must
select a format to export to.
