I have a Dell laptop, running on windows vista home premium. I am a computer
illiterate. Here is my silly question :
How do I " save " a program ?

Normally, you don't save programs, you save data. Just do File >>> Save, or
click on the save icon. Your question may be better answered in a newsgroup
appropriate to your problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft
Access database product.
