Format a cd-rw/dvd

I guess I'm very puter illiterate but I can't seem to get a disc formatted
in Vista home premium with an HP notebook. Anybody have any input? I've
contacted HP and maybe I wasn't explaining my problem right and getting fed
up. I thought I had some common sense but I guess that's gone too (yikes!).
If anyone can help please s p e l l it out. Thanks. Kat
 
Sorry, but this newsgroup is intended for questions about Access, the
database product that's part of Office Professional.

You'd be best off reposting your question to a newsgroup related to Vista.
 
Yea I know man it keeps on stuffing up on my Laptop aswell. It like stuffs
up the CD and wont let you burn or wateva ae...??
