Save a complex structure's instance to SQL Server DataBase

I have defined a complex structure with vb.net. One instance of it will be
about 32KB. Is it possible to save it to a SQL Server database and how to do
it?

Did you expect I was thinking something else, however we know in this
newsgroup how Terry reacts (and I agree with him) when there is no attention
at all or somebody else get that.
