It pays to actually _listen_ to what you hear, for what MSBlaster is
apparently set to do on 16 Aug. 2003 (and some subsequent days) is to
flood Microsoft's XP servers in a denial-of-service attack.

Rumour-mongering does not help.

This clearly has nothing whatsoever to do with your computing, other
than, were you to try to access those servers, you might not be able so
to do.

Caveat: I can make NO guarantee that this is the only thing that
MSBlaste will do; it is based, however, on widely-disseminated
apparently-reliable sources.
