I am trying to complete a form that has names, dates, & amounts that are stated several times through out the form. Can someone help me with the formula to use for each one.
Such as name- Debra Hatchett-- listed 3 times in form
Such as date- 16th day of Dec. 2011---listed 2 times in form
Such as amount- $1263.28 ----- listed 4 times in form
the date can have 2 separate formulas if needed. one fore the '16th' and one for 'Dec 2011'
Would love to input it to Microsoft publisher or Word if its possible, but I can do excel as well!
