I have been looking for a way to disable the ability to
use Stationery in Outlook. The only information I have
been able to find is setting a Policy to control fonts in
Stationery and how to edit the registry to prevent the
downloading of new Stationery. Has anyone successfully
disabled its use all together? Thank you.

Leon,

Another way to disable stationery is to use a policy to force the message
format to either Plain Text or Rich Text.

Hope this helps.

We did think of that, but our management came back with
the business requirement is HTML messages.
