Sata Disk Clone on Intel Ctlr. off a floppy ?

Can anyone recommend a freeware program that will allow me to copy from a
Maxtor SATA to a WD SATA on an Intel raid controller ?
 
Copy what....You can open either from all controlers with RAID if you
have more than 2 SATA connections.
