Sasser worm

Although I have have a fire wall, have installed the security updates, have cleaned the computer and get a confirmation that the computer is clean when checking with the anti virus software, I still get a pop up message regularly saying that there is a exe file which is a sasser worm in a directory which I can't even find. Plz help.

Which folder does the message say that Sasser is still infecting? Download
the following file to make sure that Sasser has been eradicated from your
system:

Hi all

Many thanx for your help. I think the problem was in the Restore System files. I followed the advice on Kelly's site as I had already done the other but withouth disabling the Restore System. So far I haven't had any more message, so hopefully it has worked.
