Isass.exe error HELP

when i start my com, there's a error saying " Isass.exe system error" and "there'a invalid parameter". after i clicked OK, the com shuts down and restart. From what i read on this newsgroup, i know that i'm infected with sasser worm. i had updated my com with all the patches and security and even the patches for sasser worm using automatic update. Yet, i still got the worm.
Now i cant even go into windows let alone download the patch. What should i do to go into windows and download the patches?

you have the SASSER virus on the computer,
Contact microsoft in youre region, because microsoft has
a free support desk for virusses.

also when you get the message that the computer will
shutdown in 60 sec do this:

1. start
2. run
3. shutdown /a

then will the message disappear

i try to safe mode with networking but it ends up with a blue screen with all the technical error. I cant go into safe mode nor normal mode. Is this a sasser worm? why is it different from others?( others can go into windows)
