Sasser & Blaster worms XPHome

My daughters PC is infected with the above worms (possibly more). I was a
bit lax because she doesn't have email and I didn't bother with AV software.
I read all the posts on various news groups but my problem is due to slow
logon I can't get to Start-Run to initiate Shutdown -a.
I have the MS download for Malicious SW removal tool and the fix from
another AV supplier
The PC has other partitions (Win 2000 , XPO Pro) and I have booted to XP Pro
and run AV software across all drives but it doesn't seem to detect the
worms.
I have tried booting with option "Safe to Command Prompt" but again have had
very little luck.

Does anyone have any ideas as to how to get to run the tools before shutdown
occurs.

Try installing xp cd,boot to xp cd,recovery,select 1 for C: Press enter key
for password,type:CHKDSK C: /R When its thru,you might type:Listsvc
You can/could disable one if needed.When thru,type:EXIT Let xp start.
