Hi.
Yesterday I helped a user to remove Sasser, but after I
was not able to update the computer with SP1 and then the
Sasser fix. Any solution for this problem?

What exactly happened when you tried to do the update? Can you
describe the behavior, exactly as it happened? And if there was an
error message then the actual text of that message would be very
helpful in sorting out the problem.

Good luck

Hi
What happens it that the files in is unpacking to a local folder, then the License agreement pops up.
After that you are asked if you want to back-up files. After agree on all this, the installation starts and after some secunds, an error message appears in a grey box with a red circule wtih a white cross. This box appears severeal times and you have to press OK to quit the message

And the words in the "grey box with a red circule with a white cross"
are?

Hi.
The massage is that Windows is not able to complete the

No references anywhere to any Windows error message that contains the
words "Windows is not able to complete the installation".
