Using SAP DCOM COnnector I created a dll for exeuting a
RFC/BAPI on SAP. I referenced the DLL in a VB program and
after popualting the parameters required by the BAPI I
executed the Remote Function successfully. However, I
takes over 2 minutes to perform the transaction using
DCOM/RFC.
I read in the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 319989
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-

) that the resolution to the issue is to install SP4.
My server does have the SP4 installed but there is not
significant improvement in the performance.
Do I have to install the Hotfix mentioned in the KB or is
the Hotfix already included in SP4?
Please advise anyother way to improve the DCOM/RFC
performance.
