SanDisk flash drive won't show on xp/os

When i plug my 128mb removeable flash drive into my usb
hub it will not show up in "my computer" window, nor
in "windows explorer". I still have usb 1.1 on my pc,
but the device is suppose to be backwards compatible. I
tried the device on my windows 2K laptop and the
removeable storage device works fine. I went into the
systems tools, computer management area and the device
shows on the "usb removeable storage" tree. I did a
trouble shoot on the device driver and all is well. But
I am still unable to access the flash drive. Any help is
appreciated.

Have you assigned it a drive letter?

Right click on My Computer and select Manage, on the following screen select
Disk Management.... it should show up on the right hand side of the screen.
