Samsung & OCZ memory don't work together?

I've got an Alienware machine. Intel D875PBZ motherboard, Pentium 4 3.00GHz
with HT, 256MB ATI Radeon X800XL AGP 8X, Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 and
am running Windows XP Home Edition SP2.
I've got 4 memory sticks, 2 Dual Channel pairs. One pair is a Samsung-was
installed in the computer when purchased and the other is one I purchased
separately; OCZ Gold Edition pair. I've been running memtest to check the
memory for errors.
If I install only the Samsung modules - no errors
If I install only the OCZ modules - no errors
If I install all 4 sticks - a lot of errors
If I install 3 sticks;2xSamsung 1xOCZ - a lot of errors
If I install 3 sticks;2xOCZ 1xSamsung stick A - no errors
If I install 3 sticks;2xOCZ 1xSamsung stick B - a lot of errors

OCZ - OCZ4001024ELDCGE-K
Samsung - M3 68L6423ETM-CCC

I use the computer for everything, work, gaming, heavy internet use, music,
movies..name it and I use my computer for it. Now with the four sticks I have
how can I get the most out of my computer? Should I use just 2 to run in dual
channel or 3 but in single channel? Also the Samsung works fine upto
2.5-3-3-6 and will go no lower even when combined with the OCZ modules. The
OCZ works fine at that speed too but is capable of running at 2-2-2-5,
haven't tested it out yet though.
These are the memory BIOS settings:
CPC Override - Disabled
SDRAM Frequency - 400MHz
SDRAM tCL - 2.5
SDRAM tRCD - 3
SDRAM tRP - 3
SDRAM tRASmin - 6
Memory Refresh Cycle Time - 12 Clocks
Memory R/W delay - 2 Clocks
Memory R/W timing - 6 clocks
DDR Voltage - 2.775V (this is maximum)

Thanks for any help.

I would never put RAM of two different manufacturer's on the same PC... it's
just asking for them to argue.
