Sample Code for sending a PDF File

Hi Newsgroup,
i am totally new for developing with the fax api
Is here anybody, who could provide me with some sample code (visual basic or
vbscript) for simply sending a document; for example a pdf. Or does anybody
know, where there are resources therefore?
