Same Window Pops up

when my internet explorer is open with any website and
when i try to open a new window from file->new window it
does come up with the same page which was there before in
my previous window,i have been using internet for long
time but never thought about it and when i did i thought
there would be an solution.
Any ideas???????

So, you would like to open a link in a new window?
Because, what you told it to do, using the file command, was to open the
same page in a new window. But you tried. And here is how to get what (I
think) you want:
Just RIGHT CLICK on the link you want to open.
Then, select "open in a new window."
Brilliant, but, I admit, hard to figure out. And "Help and Support" was of
no help at all in this case.
