Same e-mail everyday

I am getting continuous copies of my emails everyday. I have it set up so
that the server gets a copy and my partner gets a copy. When I delete a
message a copy remains on the server and the same with my partner. So when I
read my email and remove it or show it read the next day it shows up again
sometimes in triplicates. There are 4 mailboxes on the account. Any clues
out there? Thanks much
