Hi - I use FrontPage 2002 and Webposition Gold 2. I am not trying to hide
text but with regards to Google search Webposition is warning me that I have
the same color text on my page as the background. I have selected every cell
and table on my index page using FrontPage and changed it to the color of the
text etc to see if I could find the text (it would be out of place/a
different color at this time) and still can not find it. I am not hiding
text on purpose - it is a mistake and we have it on both of our sites home
pages according to Webposition 2 (http://globaldiscount.net and
http://giftandgiftideas.com) Is there an easy way to find it?? I have
looked and looked on both sites and can't find what is wrong. We have not
received a Google page rank as yet on http://giftandgiftideas.com but we have
been waiting for 7 weeks - I'm hoping this is not the problem. We have had
to go through this process before with http://globaldiscount.net - and I have
always been able to find it by changing the background color - but this time
I haven't had luck on either site.

Thank you for any help you can give me, Chris Williams Global Discount

I would ignore Webposition.
They're in it for the money.

Hi Chris,

One place I found (although there could be more) Is in the left navigation
column.

Right underneath the link for "Holiday Specials" is the word "Holidays" with
the same text color as the background.

HTH

but aren't we all in it for the money?

That's what I keep telling myself.

Joe - thank you so much!! I really appreciate the information. I sure
couldn't find it. Can you give me an easy way to find this in the future??
other than just sitting and changing the background colors everywhere I can
think of?? Thank you again so much! Chris

Hi Chris,

One way.. is while viewing a page in your browser..to simply left click your
mouse and hold down..while painting across the screen. Any text that has the
same color as background should then "be seen" :-)

THANK YOU! I did find the one you were talking about - and I found one other
one, but still have another somewhere - thank you again so much!

Hi - it's me again - by painting you mean just moving the mouse/curser back
and forth right? Thanks again!

Hi Chris,

Yes... just hold down your left mouse button and paint across everything on
the page. You will find it easier starting in a corner though. Say start in
bottom right..paint across to bottom left..then up the entire page to the
top.

Hi - THANKS - it helped a lot :-)
