Safely Remove Hardware Icon

I accidently closed my safely remove hardware icon on my
taskbar and now my cardreader is not recognized. I need
help to get the icon back on my taskbar. Any help would
be appreciated.

Try the following

Download TweakUI and install.

Click the Repair Tab and rebuild your icons.
