Safely Remove Hardware Icon

Hi,
Anyone know how to remove the "Safely Remove Hardware" Program from my
computer?. It's not required for me to remove my storage devices and If I
forget and click on the Icon it the tray, I cannot use another storage
device, IE Flash Card, until I reboot.
