safely reamove hardware

I just put in a wireless internet usb adapter and now all the time a get
this icon my the time that a can safely remove hardware, but I don't want to
its permanent

Right-click on your Taskbar and select:

Properties > Customize and click once on the
"Safely Remove Hardware Icon". From its drop-down
menu, select "always hide" and click "apply".
