Safe Senders

In my Outlook Safe Senders it says "trust e mail from my contacts". There are
several people in my contacts whos messages go into my Junk Mail Folder.
Although I have not sent them mail they are in my contacts. Why does their
mail go to junk?

Is that option enabled? (checkmarked) Are they also in the blocked list?

The option IS checked. and not in the blocked list. People in my contacts
that I send an e mail to are not blocked. In fact people that are blocked,
then I send them something they become UNBlocked.
